She earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, in 2015. Prior to law school, Evelin completed her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis on terrorism and negotiation at the University of California, San Diego, where she developed a solid foundation in the principles of law, governance, and persuasion.
